This is the site of underwaterphotographer Inge Koenen
In 1996 I started diving at the age of 32. I started with underwater photography in 2001 with a Olympus 5050 compactcamera after 2 years I switched to a SLR camera, a Nikon D70 camera and an underwater housing of BS Kinetics together with 2 flashes of Inon Z240. As soon as the Nikon D700 , full frame camera, was available in 2009 I switched to that camera. Meanwhile in 2016 I changed my camera into the nikon D750 with Nauticam housing. This is now my favourite camera and my favourite lenses for wide angle are tokina 16mm f2.8 fisheye and for macro the 105 mm of nikon in combination with Nauticam Super Macro Convertor
In the Netherlands I work as an sportsfysiotherapist in my own healthcarecentre (THETRA). Sinds 2010 I work as an freelance PADI instructor with photography as one of my specialties or as an underwaterphotographer.
This webpage is dedicated to my passion for underwater world and share it with anyone who is taking an interest in this also. I have been diving all over the world, I like to take pictures of all kind of animals and I like to share the underwaterworld and the photography with other people.
